Beta readers needed! If interested, drop me an email
ASHFIELD, MA – Hey everyone! Another hearty welcome to my new subscribers. I wanted to give y’all an update on not only the creative process of A Pendale Tale Part III (tentatively slated for Summer 2022 release) but the entire Young Adult Fantasy series as well.
I’m hip deep writing amidst the turbulent waters of Part III. This book will center on the other half of the Ferriman twins, Sebastian. The thirteen-year-old gets his chance to tell his side of the story outlined in Part I (titled “Wild As The Wind”), where his sister Viola is the primary focus.
In terms of depth, the tentative title for Part III is “Deep As The Sea.” Let me know what you think! In this book, Sebastian’s dream has come true. The burgeoning genius is now attending one of the top private schools in the world. But that dream turns into a nightmare as he faces the reality of his otherworldly destiny.
Leading up to this release, I’m looking for beta readers. If you’re interested, send me an email and an advance copy of Part III will arrive in your inbox. After that, give the book a read and send me your first impressions. Your input is invaluable to me!
Alongside the release of Part III, the first two parts will be re-released with upgraded graphics. The main story lines haven’t changed, but the “tension” has – meaning, word tense. Since the Fall 2020 release of Part I, the main critique has been the use of past tense in my writing.
Let me say this: if you thought the books “were” exciting before, they “are” now! And with that said, the updated editions will combine with Part III to form a box set. Fans can buy all three editions at one time. As a lifelong fantasy and science fiction fan, I’m chuffed to see how this box set turns out. I hope you are too.
Thanks for reading and I’ll be in touch again soon!
